Welcome
Are you interested in joining a group of young, dynamic individuals under the age of 40? Do you like meeting new people and working on team projects? Do you like volunteering your time and making a difference in your community? If so, the West St. Louis County Jaycees is just the group for you!
Who are the Jaycees?
Formed in 1960 as the Ballwin Jaycees, today we’re known as the West St. Louis County Jaycees. Our members come from a wide variety of professions and locations. We have members who work for Fortune 500 companies and educational institutions, as well as members who are entrepreneurs. Some of our members grew up in the St. Louis area, while others moved here from states like Kansas, Ohio, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. While we represent many of the communities in the West County Area (i.e. Ballwin, Wildwood, Chesterfield, Ellisville, Manchester), our members also come from outside of these communities, including the city of St. Louis. As a member of the West St. Louis County Jaycees, you can participate in a variety of projects, including community service, individual development, fundraising, social activities, leadership training, and state/regional development conferences. We have many opportunities to get involved and interact with other young leaders in the area. We know how to have fun and make a difference at the same time.
How do I get Involved?
We welcome you to join us for our next General Membership Meeting on the third Thursday of each month at the Junior Chamber International (JCI) World Headquarters at 15645 Olive Blvd, in Chesterfield, Mo. Our meetings begin at 7 p.m. and are often followed with some socializing at an area establishment.
We look forward to meeting you!
