DESCRIBE THE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. Problem: Rainy Weather Solution: No cancellation date planned. Problem: Not enough volunteers. Solution: Only schedule one shift instead of two. 6. COMPLETE A PROPOSED BUDGET INDICATING ALL ANTICIPATED INCOME AND EXPENSE. (NOTE: INCOME SHOULD EQUAL EXPENSE.) IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION: 8. RECORD ANY REVISION OF THE ORIGINAL PLAN. Date: 5/20/04 Revision: There were not enough volunteers so we changed it to only one shift. 9. LIST SOLUTIONS OR RECOMMNDATIONS FOR A FUTURE CHAIRPERSON. 1. Start the car wash early! We started at 10am and I believe that if we would have Started at 7am, we would have had better results. 2. Goal Results: Goal A: Involve 10 Jaycee's Result: We did not meet this goal. Only 8 people showed. Goal B: Raise $200. Result: We did not meet this goal. We made $125. Goal C: Wash 40 cars. Result: We did not meet this goal. We washed 25 cars. Benefit to the Individual: The benefit to the individual is the opportunity to help out the community.
