Formed in 1960 as the Ballwin Jaycees, today we’re known as the West St. Louis County Jaycees. Our members come from a wide variety of professions and locations. We have members who work for Fortune 500 companies and educational institutions, as well as members who are entrepreneurs. Some of our members grew up in the St. Louis area, while others moved here from states like Kansas, Ohio, Minnesota, New York, and Wisconsin. We represent many of the communities in the West County Area (i.e. Ballwin, Wildwood, Chesterfield, Ellisville, Manchester) but some members also come from outside of these communities, including the city of St. Louis.
As a member of the West St. Louis County Jaycees, you can participate in a variety of projects, including community service, individual development, fundraising, social activities, leadership training, and state/regional development conferences. We have many opportunities to get involved and interact with other young leaders in the area. We know how to have fun and make a difference at the same time.
